DELIVERY
As per our Terms And Conditions, The Estimated Delivery Times Will Vary Due To Covid Rules And Restrictions In Place At Time Of Ordering.
The 3rd party providers will manufacture and ship the delivery of all products,  and they generally aim to fulfil orders (National or International Covid Restrictions dependent) within 5-10 working days in the UK, 10-14 working days to Europe and 14 or more working days Internationally, unless there is an Event Outside Their Control. If they are unable to meet the estimated delivery date  you will be notified with a revised estimated date.
Please understand that Covid Restrictions may affect production and delivery.

Delivery is to the shipping address you provide in the checkout pages, whereupon the risks of loss and all damage and all other risks pass to you, the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address given is accessible and safe.

RETURNS
Only Obvious Manufacturing Errors Would Be Returnable, And Only Once The Manufacturers Agree To Fault.

The Manufacturers Would Need Photographs Of The Item’s Manufacturing Defect And Once In Agreement, You Would Post The Item Back In The Same Packaging It Was Delivered In, So Please Keep All Packaging Intact In The Unlikely Possibility The Item Is Faulty.
