The Service and its original content, artwork, designs, logo and features and functionality are, and will remain the exclusive property of Celtiques.UK. Strict Copyright is in place.
You may not save or copy any artwork (by any means) or take screenshots, download or reproduce any portion of this website or its contents. However, you may share a link to a page or product via our website urls or social media sharing icons, if provided by us on specific pages.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Manufacture, Shipping And Delivery Of Products
We use external, 3rd party providers to manufacture and ship the delivery of all products. We cannot be held responsible or liable for the provision and actions of these services. They will use their reasonable endeavours to fulfil your order by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation notification, and generally aim to fulfil orders (National or International Covid Restrictions dependent) within 5-10 working days in the UK, 10-14 working days to Europe and 14 or more working days Internationally, unless there is an Event Outside Their Control. If they are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Their Control, you will be notified with a revised estimated delivery date.
Please understand that Covid Restrictions may affect production and delivery. Production and Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Mail delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the shipping address you, the customer, provide in the checkout pages, whereupon the risks of loss and all damage and all other risks pass to you, the customer.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
